Anyone can do F2! F2 will program your workouts daily. Start on Monday and by the time Friday comes around, you will have worked your entire body from head to toe.
F2 Training consist of various types of lifts such as: Bench Press, Snatch, Cleans, Squats, and Dead lifts. We don’t use treadmills in F2, we use Concept 2 Rowers. We find Concept 2 Rowers help with full body movement.
